Our bikes are not shipped in containers from Asia, but are produced daily in our manufactory. This way, we not only ensure the quality of the rims and the spotting, but also monitor the packaging of the wheels in a specially designed cartwheel box as well as their shipping.
Our partner Hermes sends to your desired address in any part of Germany. If you want to get the bikes delivered abroad, please send an e-mail to email@example.com before your order, so that we can send you all information about postage, customs and VAT calculation.
Delivery is always subject to availability. The purchase contract is concluded by delivery through ROADSAILOR according to the delivery note. For phone or internet orders, you will be informed about the receipt of your order by e-mail.
A shipping insurance is already included in the shipping and packaging costs of € 15.90 per wheel set. The tracking number allows you to track where your bikes are at the moment. Please check the package immediately upon receipt for external damage. Any damage must be reported to the transport company within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of the message, which you send to us together with the original package as well as a billing copy. A return note is attached to the consignment for the free return. If your bikes are in stock, it takes about 4 working days until your bike has not only lost weight thanks to ROADSAILOR, but also gained speed!
